My Experience as a Junior eLearning Developer at Allegro Media Design
Since most of my work at Allegro Media Design was created for external clients, I’m unable to share full project details. However, during my time as a Junior eLearning Developer, I contributed to the development of engaging training materials, including eLearning modules and animated videos, that supported client learning initiatives across various industries. Here’s a closer look at what I worked on:
🎬 Vyond Video Series – Operational Compliance Training
At Allegro, I supported the production of animated training videos for a client focused on professional development and operational reliability. The series aimed to help learners understand compliance standards and perform work-hour calculations used to evaluate performance metrics.
While I’m unable to share the full videos due to client confidentiality, I contributed to the visual design, scene transitions, and overall pacing of each animation to ensure clarity and alignment with the provided voiceover. I also made editing decisions to simplify complex topics and maintain visual consistency across the series. Also, the client specifically asked for whiteboard animation.
📘 Standards & Best Practices Training Module
This eLearning module was developed using a client-provided template and pre-written content. My role involved importing and formatting the storyboard in Articulate Storyline, applying animations to improve flow, and ensuring visual consistency across scenes.
Due to the confidential nature of the content, which includes proprietary legal documentation and company branding, I’m unable to share screenshots or a demo. However, this project strengthened my ability to work within strict constraints while maintaining clarity and professionalism in the final deliverable.
🕵️ Photo Hunt: Tank Inspection Prototype
This prototype was designed to explore a photo hunt-style interaction for a safety training scenario focused on equipment inspections. Learners are tasked with scanning a visual of fuel storage tanks to identify discrepancies that would prevent the site from passing inspection. I created the visual design and built the interaction in Articulate Storyline to encourage active observation and reinforce key inspection standards.
While the concept remained in early development, the prototype received positive internal feedback and demonstrated how interactive visuals can bring safety-critical content to life.
Note: The pop-up style was based on a previously approved client template. My focus was on adapting the visual design and customizing the scenario for a tank inspection setting.
While full projects can’t be shared due to client confidentiality, select pieces highlight the visual and instructional work I contributed. I’m proud of how I quickly adapted to new tools, supported the team’s workflow, and helped create clear, polished training experiences across various industries.
